Featured Rescue

Wild About Bunnies are pro rescue. We want to be able to support as many as we can, the very best way possible. In order to do this, we feature one rescue for a period of time, whereby you can donate toward a care package for that rescue.  You can add a £1 donation (or greater if you would like to donate more) to your order.

We collect your monetary donations and turn them into care packages. The package will include much needed food, treats and enrichment. We regularly promote our featured rescue on our socials, and always post the amount we have received and what that has been turned into, so you can see the difference your pound has made.

100% of your donations will be turned into goodies for the animals in their care.

Alternatively, you can purchase an item/items from our shop and leave a comment in the notes section stating which item(s) are to be donated and we will send it/them directly to the rescue.

 

Hop In Your Step

Hop in Your Step is a Dorset based non-profit rabbit rescue. HIYS have so far helped 100+ rabbits with many more to come. 

They only rehome their rabbits to RWAF standard homes, with checks and adoption agreements in place. All rabbits are vaccinated, spayed/neutered and exotic-vet checked, before going to new homes and they will only rehome rabbits in pairs, groups or bond singles to at least one rabbit friend. 

In the case of any adoption not working, they have an open-door policy for all our previous rabbits to come back if needed.

They also have a sanctuary side to the rescue; this gives lifetime sanctuary to rabbits who are too injured, chronically unwell or traumatised to move onwards to new homes.
